Your activity in the app: We save the names you swipe on, favorite, or add notes to. This allows CubCards to personalize your experience and keep your lists available across devices.
Groups and collaboration: If you join or create groups, we store your membership, invites, and any actions you take within those groups.
Basic usage logs: We record simple activity events (such as viewing or interacting with a name) to help improve performance, fix issues, and understand how features are used.
Security information: We store password reset tokens when you request them, and we use a login session cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

This data cannot be linked back to you or any individual user.
Acceptable Use
CubCards is built to be a positive, collaborative space. We ask that you use the service respectfully and avoid actions that could harm the experience for others, including attempting to access data you do not own, interfering with site functionality, or using automated tools to scrape or overload the service.
Children's Privacy
CubCards is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, and the service is not designed for use by minors.
International Data Transfers
CubCards is operated from the United States. If you are visiting from the UK, Canada, or other regions with laws governing data collection and use, please note that you are transferring your personal data to the United States. By creating an account, you consent to this transfer and processing.
